Yes, everything is priced, but not the NS men time.

Time to pay them full market rate salary, and back date all NS Men
salary.

I totally agrees with your comment....all NS man's salary should be
backdated....wowww...like that SAF got to pay me extra salary for over
30 plus years ah?.......I was on the 2nd batch NS man...like like 'ho
say' liao..
