No big deal. To be going to school is not important...
When they parent go, they have millions waiting for
them. NO need to study like slaves.

Water is good luck ...lucky places have plenty of water...
far better than dessert.
The rich and elites are fortunate to have plenty of
water...frequent floods...it bring them good fortunes.

People living in HDB flats will never have floods...
good fortunes (millions of dollars).
