have the rights and excuses to do so cos, now you are managing in your

Just like when a new govt is sworn into office...they have the rights
and excuses to alter or make changes to previous policy implement by
previous govt.
In the case on HDB's high prices that need to be changed or lower
down......I think you just need to come out with alternatives such
as...either...to come up with new model of cheap housing (no frills
type) with cheaper price or refund back some of the money (refund thru
CPF saving) to those who previously bought at higher price. I think
the latter is quite tough for you to get it done. What to do....you
are carrying the shits left over by that fucking shorties...but you
got to do in anyway...to prove your mettle in your new job.
